In my twenty five years working with clients, I find people come to therapy when their emotions feel overwhelming and they have not been able to overcome their problems on their own.  I help people to resolve personal and interpersonal problems so they can lead more balanced and meaningful lives.

I endeavor to bring insight to your concerns and help you identify tools so that you can solve them on your own in the future., 

As each person is unique, we start with your history and when the problem started.  If talking together feels natural, then we likely are a good match to engage in treatment.  At this point, we are then able to establish goals for the treatment, decide how the work will proceed and what are the timelines for treatment.
