As the world opens back up post pandemic, you may feel ready to address concerns that hold you back from living fully.

Would you like help coping with these problems?

In my twenty two years working with clients, I find people come to therapy when they are suffering.  They come because they are unable to overcome their difficulties on their own.

In my experience it is useful to help people articulate what the problem is out loud. Talking with someone who is knowledgeable and trustworthy, can lead to  new perspectives and bring emotional relief.  This is where the healing starts.

As each person is unique, we start with your history and when the problem started.  If talking together feels natural, then we likely are a good match to engage in treatment.  At this point, we are then able to establish goals for the treatment, decide how the work will proceed and what are the timelines for treatment.  We can then investigate what thoughts, feelings and interactions with others might be problematic.
